We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.

Because research products cannot be safely resold or redistributed once they leave our facility, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Lack of understanding of product specifications

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipment status, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
